Al3z Services provides digital services including but not limited to: bot development (Discord, Telegram), web development, e-commerce store setup and design, SEO optimization, and custom software solutions.

All services are subject to availability and our assessment of feasibility. We reserve the right to decline a service request if it falls outside our expertise or conflicts with our values.

When you submit a service request through our platform, you agree to:

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on project complexity and requirements. The final price will be agreed upon before work begins.

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of any project. We may require partial or full payment upfront depending on the project scope.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We strive to deliver all projects on time as agreed. Delivery timelines will be communicated when we accept your service request.

Minor revisions are included in the service price. Major changes or additions to the original scope may require additional fees, which will be discussed beforehand.

If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, we will provide a full refund for any prepaid amounts.

Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project, including source code, designs, and other materials.

We reserve the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-confidential elements of the work in future projects.

You must not claim ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the development of your project.

We treat all project information as confidential. We will not share your project details, business information, or any data you provide with third parties.

You agree not to share our proprietary methods, internal processes, or pricing structures with third parties.

Al3z Services is provided “as is.” While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations or be error-free.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

If we have not started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund.

If work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

Refund requests should be communicated via WhatsApp. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any ongoing project if:
